Attorney Dargon focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and small businesses in federal employment litigation and employee benefits disputes, in both the public and private sectors. He has second-chair experience in federal court and also before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Attorney Dargon earned his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, he served as both a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant for Professor David Thaw, participated in the law school’s Transactional Law Clinic, and was awarded the Terry J. Tondro Award for Excellence in Land Use. Attorney Dargon also earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, where he majored in Political Science and Anthropology, co-founded the University’s Club Tennis team, and graduated magna cum laude as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
